Today's Activity - Make Flags of Countries in
Need of Prayer
Take some time with your family to remember
the blessings of God on your family. Remind your children
that many countries in this world are torn apart by war, starvation,
and most importantly that many countries are not Christian
nations. Our reason for celebrating this season is the joy
of knowing Jesus Christ, but remember there are many who have
not heard this message of hope. To further punctuate this,
take the time to make simple replicas of the flags of various
countries around the world that you feel are in need of prayer.
Some suggestions are Sudan, China, or Iraq. Encourage your
children to pray for these countries, then, each time you
participate in family devotions, or during your nightly Jesse
Tree tradition.
